Terms and Conditions – 1xlite Betting & Casino Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the 1xlite platform, accessible at 1xlite.pw. The platform offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, crash games and related entertainment products to registered users.

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read these terms in full and agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 1xlite.

These terms may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 1xlite you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a 1xlite employee where this creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

1xlite reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If satisfactory verification cannot be provided, the account may be suspended or closed and any pending withdrawals held until the matter is resolved. This policy exists to protect both players and the integrity of the platform.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account with 1xlite. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and bonuses being voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your name, date of birth, email address and phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 1xlite will never contact you to ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact customer support immediately via live chat.

Accounts are for personal, recreational use only. Commercial use of the platform — including operating accounts on behalf of third parties, running betting syndicates through a single account, or using the platform for business purposes — is not permitted without explicit written consent from 1xlite.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 1xlite are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and selected mobile wallets.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment processor. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts for each method are displayed in the cashier section. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts.

1xlite does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal — see Section 5 for full details.

Any attempt to charge back, reverse or dispute a legitimate transaction with your payment provider constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1xlite offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page at the time of claiming. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing one is active may result in the previous bonus being voided.
• Abuse prevention: 1xlite reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinated exploitation across multiple accounts.

VIP programme rewards, cashback and loyalty bonuses are governed by the VIP terms available on the VIP page and are subject to the same general conditions above.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 1xlite are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market, as displayed in the betting section at the time of placing. The following general rules apply across all sports betting markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless a cash-out option is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules. Generally, bets on incomplete matches are voided and stakes returned unless sufficient play has occurred to determine a result under the applicable rules.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — follow the rules of the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC) for determining official results.
• 1xlite reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match fixing, result manipulation or any other form of corruption affecting the integrity of the outcome.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the betting slip before confirmation.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of the trading team, particularly around significant match events such as wickets, goals or injury stoppages.

Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with customer support within 30 days of the relevant event settling. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

7. Casino Games

The 1xlite casino offers slots, live dealer tables, crash games, game shows and other gaming products supplied by third-party software providers. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) audited by the respective game supplier. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available in each game's information panel.

Casino games are provided for entertainment purposes. Results are determined by RNG and are independent of previous rounds. Past results have no influence on future outcomes in any game.

The following conditions apply to casino play:

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, the round in progress may be voided and the stake returned. 1xlite is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues outside its direct control.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party studios. The studio's own game rules apply alongside these general terms.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may differ slightly at the moment of a winning spin due to network latency. The actual jackpot value confirmed by the game server at the moment of the winning result is the binding figure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 1xlite and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account
• Providing false identity or age information
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with casino games
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or loopholes — any winnings obtained this way must be reported and will be voided
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform for financial crime
• Facilitating access for a person who has self-excluded or been banned from the platform
• Any coordinated attempt to manipulate betting markets or exploit bonus offers across multiple accounts
• Threatening, abusing or harassing customer support staff or other users

1xlite cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required. Suspicious account activity is monitored and reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

9. Privacy & Data

1xlite collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to this processing. Data collected includes registration details, transaction history, gameplay activity and technical information such as device type and IP address.

Your data is used to manage your account, process transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and improve the platform. 1xlite does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion subject to legal retention obligations. These requests can be submitted through customer support.

10. Responsible Gaming

1xlite is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform is for adult entertainment only. If gaming stops being fun or starts affecting your finances, relationships or mental wellbeing, please use the tools available in your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.

11. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding wagering obligations exist on bonus balances.

1xlite reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, without prior notice. In such cases, bonuses and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at the sole discretion of 1xlite depending on the nature of the breach.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with the policy detailed in the cashier section.

12. Limitation of Liability

1xlite provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is accessible around the clock, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1xlite is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages or device issues on the player's side
• Losses resulting from a player acting in breach of these terms
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the platform
• Third-party payment processor delays or errors

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

1xlite may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will take effect on the date stated in the notification.

If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Minor corrections such as fixing typographical errors or clarifying existing terms do not constitute material changes and may be made without prior notice.
